We define the commercial scope and pre-agreed acceptance criteria for H100, H200 and future-generation GPU fleets. Asset volumes, configurations, locations, condition requirements, timing and documentation are established before collection begins.

Global Logistics
We coordinate data-centre collection, packaging, secure transportation and multi-region routing. Logistics
are planned around site access, operational schedules, shipment requirements and the destination of each asset group.

Asset Tracking &
Chain of Custody
GPU assets are recorded at serial-number level and tracked through each relevant handling stage.
Chain-of-custody records support accountability from release and collection through testing, placement or
end-of-life routing.

Testing &
Condition Assessment
Incoming hardware receives an initial visual and functional assessment. Units are separated according to
their condition, technical status and suitability for direct validation, refurbishment, component recovery or
responsible recycling.

Bulk Acquisition &
Settlement
We support high-volume fleet absorption through structured inventory reconciliation, agreed commercial terms, consolidated settlement and transaction reporting. The process can be adapted to single-site or
multi-region programmes.

Compliance, ESG &
Recycling
Relevant compliance, sustainability and disposition records can be incorporated into the programme. Hardware unsuitable for redeployment is directed towards responsible recycling, with certificates provided where applicable.
