Confidence Starts with a Documented Process
Refurbished hardware should be evaluated on evidence, not appearance alone. Data-centre GPUs operate under demanding conditions, and meaningful validation requires more than a basic power-on check. Our refurbishment, certification and grading programme combines inspection, diagnostics, restoration and workload testing. The results create a clearer record of each eligible unit’s condition and suitability for its next deployment.

Our Refurbishment and Grading Services

Physical & Microscopic Inspection
Each eligible GPU is assessed for visible damage, wear, contamination and previous repair activity. PCBs,
connectors, cooling components and other critical areas are inspected, with microscopy used where greater
detail is required.

Memory, Firmware & Connectivity Testing
Testing covers HBM or VRAM integrity, firmware and VBIOS verification, device recognition and relevant
connectivity behaviour. PCIe lane negotiation is checked where applicable to the GPU configuration.

Electrical &
Power Analysis
Electrical diagnostics assess relevant power-delivery components, VRM rails, resistance readings and
stability under load. This helps identify faults that may not be visible during a basic functional check.

Thermal Restoration & Validation
Cooling assemblies are inspected and cleaned, with thermal-interface materials replaced where required.
Thermal imaging and temperature monitoring help verify heat distribution and operating behaviour under
test conditions.

Stress Testing & Performance Grading
Eligible units undergo enterprise workload testing, burn-in assessment and stability checks. Results are
reviewed against defined condition and performance criteria to determine the appropriate grade.

Certification & Lifecycle Support
Approved units receive serialised documentation describing the checks completed and the recorded
outcome. Optional test evidence, warranty or replacement support and ongoing lifecycle services may be
available under the agreed commercial terms.

The unit is registered, matched to its serial information and reviewed against the programme’s acceptance
criteria.
Diagnostics
Physical, memory, firmware, connectivity, electrical and thermal checks establish the unit’s current

Restoration
